Our primary service area includes Draper, Alpine, Highland, Sandy, Lehi, Cedar Hills, Bluffdale, Pleasant Grove, American Fork, Eagle Mountain, and the greater Salt Lake and Utah County metropolitan areas.
Submitting an estimate request through our website does not constitute a contract or agreement for services. All estimates are provided free of charge and are non-binding. Estimates are based on information provided by the customer and a visual assessment of the project site.
Final project pricing may differ from an initial estimate based on actual site conditions, including but not limited to: existing concrete thickness that differs from visual assessment, discovery of rebar or reinforcement not visible prior to demolition, soil conditions requiring additional preparation, changes in scope requested by the customer, and permit or inspection requirements.
A formal written estimate or proposal with final pricing will be provided before any work begins. No work will commence without a signed agreement and any required deposit.
